My spouse and I ate here late one Friday evening after traveling from northeast Georgia. We had a good experience with food and service, there were not many people in the restaurant at the late hour we went. I had a burger and hash browns and he had a cheese steak sandwich. All was well until the it was time to get up and pay. A waitress was gossiping to another waitress very loudly and using profanity. I use language also occasionally do that wasn't really the problem. The waitress saw us looking at her and came over to the table and asked if we had a problem. That set my boyfriend off, it was very unprofessional if her to use the tone and attitude she had. Some words were exchanged about how we were displeased with her behavior. We ended up paying and leaving. My boyfriend called immediately afterwards to speak to the manager and he seemed apologetic. I understand this is a waffle House and it was late night, but all the rude behavior was unnecessary and it was very embarrassing.

We were on vacation from Kentucky. This waffle house has the best service, hands down! I logged our waitress. I'm sorry, I didn't catch her name. It was my sons birthday. She gave him a slice of 🎂 for his Birthday! Then she even joined in on eating a slice of his birthday cake. Needless to say...the entire family hugged her on the way out...thank you,for making our dining experience Awesome!
